Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open FileMaker Pro
- Click the FileMaker Pro icon on your computer to launch FileMaker.
2. Access SiCompounding
- When FileMaker opens, locate the large menu bar on the left side of the window.
- Click SiCompounding (near the top of the menu).
3. Open the Pharmacy Dashboard
- In the next window, several icons will appear across the middle of the screen.
- Click Pharmacy to open the Pharmacy Dashboard.
4. Open Settings
- From the blue sidebar menu on the left side:
- Scroll to the bottom.
- Select Settings.
5. Navigate to Codes and Classifications
- Under General Settings, select Codes and Classifications.
- This section allows you to input and manage standard codes for prescription orders.
6. Select Troche Molds
- From the popup list, select Troche Molds.
- The Troche Molds window opens, displaying mold sizes and related fields.
Troche Molds Window Fields
The Troche Molds window displays the following columns:

Adding a New Troche Mold
- Click the + Mold button to create a new mold entry.
- The Mold Sizes window opens.
- Enter required information: Size, Volume, Capacity, Weight, and Notes (optional).

Editing an Existing Troche Mold
- In the Troche Molds window, locate the mold you wish to modify.
- Click the settings gear icon at the end of the row.
- Select Edit. The Mold Sizes window opens for that mold.
- Make modifications and click Save.
Searching Troche Molds
- Use the Search bar located in the upper right corner of the window.
- Search by Mold Size.
- Press Enter/Return to display results.
Managing Mold Status
- Active – The mold is available for selection when adding inventory items.
- Inactive – The mold is hidden from selection options.
Toggle the Status control for each mold as needed.
Viewing Change Logs
- Click the settings gear icon and select Change Logs.
- The Record Modification Log window opens and displays:
- Changes made to the troche mold
- Date and time of modifications
- User who made the changes
- Click the X button in the upper right corner to close the window.
