Overview

The Provider Portal is an online platform that allows healthcare providers to:

• Manage patient prescriptions
• Track prior authorizations
• Access clinical information
• Handle administrative tasks such as claims and referrals for specific health plans

The Patient Portal enables patients to interact with their prescriptions, communicate with providers, and manage their own healthcare information.

Navigation Path

1. Click the FileMaker Pro icon to open FileMaker.
2. From the left-hand menu, click SiCompounding.
3. In the main window, click Pharmacy to open the dashboard.
4. From the blue sidebar, select Settings at the bottom of the menu.
5. Under the Finances section, select Physician / Patient Portal.

Portal Settings

In this section, enter your credentials and click Activate Portal:

• SiPrescribe URL: https://account.siprescribe.com/
• SiPatient URL: https://patient.sicompounding.cloud
• SiInstitution URL: https://patient.sicompounding.cloud
• Production Client ID
• Production Client Secret

Click the Activate Portal button to enable the portals.

Notifications

• Order Notification Email: Enter the email address that will receive order notifications.
  • Example: orders@isakcomputing.com

Portal Dashboard Configurations

Click the Gear (settings) icon on the Physician Portal Dashboard to open the Rich Text Editor Configurator. Configure the following options:

• Require Patient ID for EPCS (Electronic Prescribing of Controlled Substances) – activate using the slider
• Allow Patients to Request Refills – activate using the slider
• Link All Orders to Provider’s Institutions – activate using the slider
• Show Patient Communications – activate using the slider

The Pharmacy Settings section contains foundational configuration data that must be completed before using other areas of SiCompounding. From here, you can manage:

• Product settings
• Facility areas
• Equipment
• Workflows
• Costs and fees
• Laboratory work
• COM templates
• Notifications
• Integrations
• Automation and audit logs

Ensure all required data is entered accurately to maintain proper operation of the system.
