Search and Filter Providers?

Overview

This guide explains how to search and filter providers in the SiCompounding system to quickly find the information you need.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open SiCompounding

1. Click the FileMaker Pro icon to open FileMaker.
2. From the left menu bar, click SiCompounding.
3. Click Pharmacy from the middle icons to open the Dashboard.
4. From the blue sidebar menu, click Providers.

2. Search for a Provider

1. In the Providers section, locate the Search bar (to the right of the magnifying glass icon).
2. Type the Provider Name or Phone Number.
3. Press Enter/Return to view search results.

3. Filter Providers by Status

• Click All to see all providers (active and inactive).
• Click Active to see only active providers.
• Click Inactive to see only inactive providers.

4. Apply Additional Filters

1. Click the Filters button.
2. From the dropdown, choose one of the following options:
   • Pending Verifications
   • Verification Expired
   • Portal Invitation Sent
   • Portal Invitation Pending
