How Do I Find Registered Providers?

This guide explains how to find registered providers (NPI lookup) across the country using the SiCompounding system and how to add them if they are not already in the system.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open SiCompounding

1. Click the FileMaker Pro icon to open FileMaker.
2. From the left menu bar, click SiCompounding.
3. Click Pharmacy from the middle icons to open the Dashboard.
4. From the blue sidebar menu, click Providers.

2. Lookup Registered Providers

1. Click the Lookup NPI button.
2. You can search by one of the following:
   • NPI Number
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • State
3. Click Lookup to search.
4. The provider will appear in the Results section.

3. View Provider Information

• Click the provider’s name to view more details.
• If the provider is not already in the system, click + New Provider to open the Provider Form.
