Navigating through the Prescription Module?

Overview

The Prescriptions module allows users to manage new prescriptions, refills, e-prescriptions, faxes, and reports. The module is structured to guide prescriptions through Intake, Fulfillment, and Refill Management processes.

Accessing the Prescriptions Module

Click the FileMaker Pro icon to open FileMaker.
Select SiCompounding from the left menu bar.
From the middle icons, click Pharmacy to open the Dashboard.
From the blue sidebar menu on the left, click Prescriptions.

At the top right of the Prescriptions window, you will find the main menu:

Prescription Processes

Prescriptions follow three main processes:

1. Intake Process

From receiving new prescriptions to verifying each record:

Step	Description
New	Progress bar shows number of prescriptions per hour in queue. Automation: Get Next Rx slider.
In Process	Progress bar shows prescriptions currently being processed.
Clarification	Prescriptions requiring additional information.
Change Req.	Prescriptions flagged for clarification.
Verification	Prescriptions needing verification before moving to fulfillment. Automation: Get Next Rx slider.
New Rxs (Today's Date)	Prescriptions not ready for fulfillment.

2. Fulfillment Management

From the start of dispense fulfillment to shipment or pickup:

Step	Description
To Dispensed	Progress bar shows prescriptions waiting to be dispensed; may require additional info.
Call List	Follow-up call list for customer processing.
On Hold	Prescriptions temporarily on hold.
Not Licensed	Prescriptions with incomplete or missing information.

3. Refills Management

Track prescription refills and renewal requests:

Step	Description
Refills Due	Prescriptions being tracked for upcoming refills.
Renewal Req.	Prescriptions requested for renewal.
Cancel Req	Requests for renewal that were canceled.
IVR Refill Request	Prescriptions requested via IVR for refill.
