List View vs Detailed View?

Understand the difference between List View and Detailed View in SiCompounding and how each view is used across system modules.

Overview

SiCompounding uses two primary viewing modes across most modules:

  • List View — Displays multiple records in a linear, searchable list.
  • Detailed View — Displays comprehensive information for a single selected record.

Understanding how and when to use each view helps improve navigation efficiency and workflow accuracy.

  1. Click the FileMaker Pro icon to open FileMaker.
  2. When FileMaker opens, locate the large menu bar on the left and click SiCompounding (near the top).
  3. From the module icons across the middle of the window, click the Pharmacy icon.
  4. The Dashboard opens by default with the blue navigation sidebar on the left.

How Views Work in General
