Updates for New Version in Compounding

Overview

This document outlines the updates and improvements introduced in Compounding module from SiCompounding v.26.04.1 Release. Follow the step-by-step instructions to understand the new features, adjustments, and fixes.

Updates

1. Stock Availability Check

• In the Compounding Dashboard, lab technicians can now:
  • Check stock availability for one or all compounding logs in the New queue by clicking the Check Stock button.

2. Validation for Storage Conditions

• A new validation has been added to prevent linking compounding orders with differing storage condition requirements.

3. Purchase Request Option

• A new option has been added to the Ingredients section to create a Purchase Request directly.

4. Inventory Storage Logic Adjustment

• The logic for selecting the inventory storage area during the weighing of ingredients has been adjusted:
  • If the product has inventory in the compounding area, the compounding area is selected by default.
  • If the product does not have inventory in the compounding area:
    • The compounding area is selected if it matches the product’s default storage area.
    • Otherwise, the default storage area of the product is selected.

5. SiHub Scale Connection Fix

• Fixed an issue where using SiHub to connect scales displayed a misleading message about the scale being in use by another user in certain scenarios.

6. Bubble Point Reference Limit Fix

• Fixed an issue with the Bubble Point reference limit value:
  • Switching from Water to IPA during compounding no longer fails the Bubble Point result.

Insurance Claim Form Update

• Fixed an issue when a compounding has a sub-formula that includes the same ingredient in the main formula, it wasn’t aggregating the total amount of the ingredient on the insurance claim and was instead adding both lines as a separate ingredient, causing claims to be rejected.
