This document outlines the updates and improvements introduced in Orders module from SiCompounding v.26.04.1 Release. Follow the step-by-step instructions to understand the new features, improvements, and fixes.
Updates
Features and Improvements
- The Supplies section of the order was expanded to show "OTC / Services / Supplies".
- We added the option to apply discounts by a fixed amount or percentage of the price to a selected item in the order.
- When sending a payment link we now show an alert if the prescription drug requires a flavor to be selected.
- When using the re-order action, we now preserve the same shipping settings from the previous order by default.
- When creating an order from SiPrescribe and supplies are included, we now identify these items in SiCompounding to differentiate from the ones added in the pharmacy.
- When adding prescriptions to an order we now select all active prescriptions that can be added to the order. In addition we added the option to “Select/Deselect All” for a better control of the process.
- Added a new validation to stop the order if a mid level practitioner who requires supervision doesn’t have a supervising provider on file.
- Adjust the order label to show all related items in the order not just the supplies.
- We revised the SLAs stats under the “In Pharmacy” queue in the Orders Dashboard to reference the payment date for orders that are prepaid. If the order is postpaid, it will reference the order created date.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where order documents were not displayed on the SiCompounding Web Version.
- Fixed an issue where the Pick Sheet and the Order Document were showing “Patient Pickup” when the order was picked up by a doctor or the clinic.
- Fixed an issue where in certain conditions it was allowing to complete the order for a controlled substance without recording the Patient ID or Driver License when the setting to require this information was ON.
