1. Open SiCompounding

1. Click the FileMaker Pro icon to open FileMaker.
2. From the left menu bar, click SiCompounding.
3. Click Pharmacy from the middle icons to open the Dashboard.
4. From the blue sidebar menu, click Institutions.

2. Access Transfer Pharmacies

1. Click the Transfer Pharmacies button at the top of the Institutions window.
2. The Transfer Pharmacies window opens.
3. Click the + New Transfer Pharmacy button.

3. Fill Out Pharmacy Information

Complete the Pharmacy Information form with the following fields:

• NPI Number
• DEA Number
• License Number
• Pharmacy Name
• Address Line 1, Address Line 2
• City, State, Zip Code, Country
• Primary Phone, Ext
• Toll Free Phone, Ext
• Fax, Email, Pharmacy Website
• Status: Active | Inactive
