Navigating Through Order Shipping?

Overview

The Order Shipping module provides visibility into all stages of the shipping process—from newly created orders to packed, shipped, and courier-managed deliveries. This guide walks through how to access the Shipping module and explains the purpose of each dashboard widget.

Accessing Order Shipping

Click the FileMaker Pro icon to open FileMaker.
When FileMaker opens, locate the large menu bar on the left side of the window.
Click SiCompounding (near the top of the menu).
In the next window, several module icons appear across the center of the screen.
Click Shipping to open the Orders window.

At the top of the Orders window is the Main Menu, which follows the same layout used across other SiCompounding modules.

Date
Displays or allows selection of the working date.
Search
Used to quickly locate orders by order number or related criteria.
Lookup
Provides advanced record lookup functionality.

Returns you to the previous screen.
Help
Opens help resources related to the Shipping module.

Dashboard Widgets

The dashboard widgets organize orders by shipping status. Each widget opens records in List View for quick review and action.

Orders Date (Today)

List View of all new compounding orders created today that have not yet been submitted.
Includes:
- View All button
  - Opens the oldest unsubmitted order.
- Search Bar
  - Allows you to find a specific unsubmitted purchase order.

In Pharmacy

List View of orders that are currently in the pharmacy and not yet prepared for shipping.

To Pick Supplies

List View of orders that require supplies to be picked before packing can begin.

Ready To Pack

List View of orders that have all required supplies and are ready to be packed.

Ready To Ship

List View of orders that have been packed and are ready for shipment.

Shipped Date (Today)

List View of all orders that were shipped today.

Courier Orders

List View of orders assigned to courier delivery.

Pending Shipping

List View of orders that are pending shipment and require further action before shipping.

Pending Print

List View of orders that require documents or labels to be printed prior to shipping.
