Navigate Through Pharmetrics Customer Portal?

Step-by-step guide for customers accessing and using the Pharmetrics LIMS Customer Portal.

Overview

The Pharmetrics Customer Portal allows customers to request laboratory testing, manage orders and samples, and review studies. Access is granted via an invitation sent by Pharmetrics, which includes instructions to set up a portal account.


Portal Access

Customer Portal Invitation

  1. The customer receives an email invitation to set up a Customer Portal Account.
  2. Click the link in the email to access the login screen.

Login

  1. Enter your Email and Password, then click Sign In.
  2. The Main Screen will appear.

Current User Dropdown Options

  • My Profile: Update personal information and avatar.
  • Reset Password: Change your portal password.
  • Logout: Sign out of the portal.

My Profile

  • Change Avatar, Email, First Name, Last Name, or Phone.
  • Click Update to save changes.

Reset Password

  • Enter Current Password, New Password, and Confirm New Password.
  • Click Reset to update your password.

Logout

  • Returns the user to the login screen.

Dashboard

  • Widgets display:
    • Active Users
    • Active Products
    • Submitted Orders
  • Action Required:
    • List of samples needing action
    • Click Sample # to view details
    • Status column shows current status
    • Click Complete when actions are done
  • Pending Order Submissions:
    • List of orders with samples to be tested
    • Click Order # to view order details
  • Pending Results:
    • List of samples still pending results
    • Click Sample # to view details

Orders Module

  1. Access Orders from the navigation menu.
  2. View Draft Orders or Submitted Orders.
  3. Use the Search Box or sort columns to find orders.
  4. Click New Order to start a new order:
    • Order # created automatically, default status: Draft
    • Delete Order button available with confirmation
  5. Details Section: Enter PO# if needed.
  6. Samples Section:
    • Click + Add Sample to add a sample
    • Enter Description, Tests, Lot #, Batch Size, Expiration Date
    • Enter Shipping Conditions, Storage Conditions, Sample Disposition, Presentation Volume & Container
    • Use checkboxes: STAT (Rush), Return Shipper, Return Data Logger
    • Add Comments or Special Handling Instructions
    • Upload Documents by selecting type and dragging files
  7. Payment Methods: Add or select a credit card
    • Enter cardholder info, number, expiration, CVV, billing address
  8. Review Totals, check I Agree with Terms and Conditions, then click Submit Order

Samples Module

  • Default view sorted by Date Received
  • Search by Sample #
  • Click Sample # to view Sample Detail
  • Information includes Sample Status, Order #, and all data added during sample creation
  • Back button returns to Samples list

Products Module

  • Default view sorted alphabetically by Name
  • Search products using the search box
  • Click New Product to add a product:
    • Select Product Type (Compounded, Chemical/Drug, Devices, Endo Validation/Biological Indicator)
    • Enter Description, Formula ID, Strength, Container Volume & Type, Overfill Volume, Dosage Form, Route, Drug Schedule, Storage Conditions
    • Optional checkboxes: Hazardous, Ophthalmic, Antibiotic, Peptide
    • Upload formulation files
  • Click Submit when complete
  • Product Detail screen displays Product Information, Ingredients, Samples, and Documents

Studies Module

  • Default view sorted alphabetically by Product Name
  • Search using the search box
  • Click on a Study Name to open Study Detail
    • Status
    • Time Points (sorted by days, sortable)
    • Samples (click Sample # for full details)

Settings

My Profile

  • Update avatar, Email, First Name, Last Name, or Phone
  • Click Update to save changes

Reset Password

  • Enter Current Password, New Password, Confirm New Password
  • Click Reset

Company Profile

  • Displays company information:
    • Company Name, Type, Address, Phone, Website, Payment Info
  • Users section:
    • Contact, Role, Status, Notifications, Payment Methods
    • View Cardholder Name, Last Four, and Status
