Overview
Automations in SiKore are system-driven scripts designed to execute predefined processes automatically. These scripts help streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and support compliance within the highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Automations are configured and monitored within Facility Setup and are typically used to:
- Execute background system processes
- Track automated events and errors
- Maintain operational consistency and auditability
Accessing Automations
Follow the steps below to navigate to the Automations area in SiKore.
Step 1: Launch SiKore
- Click the FileMaker Pro icon on your computer.
- In the next window, select the K or System icon.
- Enter your Username and Password in the login fields.
- Click Sign In to access the SiKore system window.
Step 2: Open Facility Setup
- In the SiKore system window, locate My Modules and the To Do List on the right side.
- Below the modules list, click Facility Set Up.
Note: Facility Setup requires admin access.
Step 3: Navigate to Automations
- In the User Access window, locate the blue menu sidebar on the left.
