Configure and manage external system integrations within SiKore Facility Setup
Overview
Integrations within Facility Setup allow SiCompounding to connect SiKore with external systems and services. These integrations support secure communication, automation, patient engagement, and system monitoring, all of which are critical for efficiency and compliance in the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry.
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for accessing and configuring available integrations.
Accessing Integrations
- Click the FileMaker Pro icon on your computer.
- In the next window, select the K or System icon.
- Enter your Username and Password, then click Sign in.
- The SiKore System window opens, displaying My Modules and a To Do List on the right.
- Below all modules, click Facility Set Up (admin access only).
- In the User Access window, use the blue menu sidebar on the left.
- Click Integrations (located below Terminals).
Available Integrations
The Integrations window currently supports six configurable integrations. Each integration can be accessed by clicking Connect or Edit.
Email Server Integration
Used for outbound email communication with customers, patients, pharmacy staff, and internal notifications. This may use pharmacy staff credentials or a relay server (default setup).

Additional Settings
- Confidentiality and Privacy Statement (policy text area)
Click Set after all information has been entered.
Twilio Integration
Twilio enhances patient communication and engagement, streamlines operations, and improves medication adherence.
Prerequisites
- Create a Twilio account at: https://www.twilio.com/try-twilio
- Obtain a phone number
- Create a messaging service
- Retrieve the Account SID and Authorization Token
Configuration Fields
- Account SID
- Authorization Token
- Phone Number
Click Save after all information is entered.

VOW TalkRx Integration
Isak Computing and VOW Inc. provide an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) integration.
Configuration
- Enter Lumistry IVR IP PBX IP Address
Testing
- Test Extension:
201 - Test Phone:
227-209-5720 - Click Test Call or Test Call ID to verify functionality
Using the Isak Computing PBX, demo testing can be performed for customers.
Click Save after all information has been added and testing is complete.
OpenAI Integration
Provides access to AI-powered features within SiKore.
Activation Process

- Enter the API Key (provided by SiCompounding)
- Click Test
- Click Save after successful testing
Server External Access
Enables controlled external connectivity to the server.
Required Information
- Server Real IP
- Server Port (optional)
IP Whitelist
- Add IP addresses
- Set access as Access or No Access
Click Connect, then Save after configuration.
Server Heartbeat
Used to monitor server availability.
Configuration
- Click Edit
- Enter the Heartbeat URL
- Test connectivity
